The Spring real estate market is upon us.  Normally that means once the snow has melted people put their homes on the market and buyers emerge.  After a long cold winter and a slow season people are ready to sell and buy. 

This year we had no snow and record high temperatures .   So far this May it has been colder than it was in March!

So I find myself in the midst of a "weird" spring market.  The cold weather never came so the winter market was strong.  And now the "hot" Spring is slower than normal.  

I took on a major rehab and renovation of a condo this past winter, and I am ready to sell it.....

Where is buyer?  Perhaps I am not being patient enough.  I listed it last week, went on vacation and was expecting it sold in the first few days!  So now that the "hot" spring market is upon us I am going sell my project, so I can move on to my next "project".
