I have been involved in real estate since I can remember.  I own a real estate agency in Downtown Lynn, MA and Daytona Beach Florida.  Baystate Realty in MA.  Sun State Realty in Florida. and Granite State Realty in NH (www.baystatere.com) (sunstatere.com)

I am also a real estate broker in MA, NH and Fl, as well as a landlord since the age of 20.  All I know is real estate. 

I have a second grader who loves keeping me busy as well.

I love rehabbing/reselling old homes with a history, the gym, biking and the beach.
