You Asked: Is Lynne Celli Still With the School District?
We posed the question to the former superintendent.
Several of you have asked if former superintendent of schools Lynne Celli is still working in her special projects position.
The former superintendent told us on Thursday that yes, as of Aug. 8, she was still an employee under contract with the school district in a part-time role.
The contract calls for her to work for the district in a half-time position as executive superintendent for special projects including plans to meet the district's elementary school building needs.
The contract salary is $85,000.
No one was available to comment in a call to the superintendent's office on Thursday.
