ReplyThis weekend I received a call from Marcus Serrano (quoted above) saying this post had been misinterpreted to mean that there HAD been specific talk about redeveloping the AKZO lot into a medical facility. I want to stress that he confirmed it COULD be used that way—without the developers needing to go through an environmental review process—not that there was any suggestion it WOULD.

ReplyI just asked Paul Feiner if the complex, if approved, would be free for seniors in the incorporated villages within Greenburgh. He said it would.
