Did Aly Raisman Dazzle in Her Dancing with the Stars Debut?

You've got until 11am to vote for the Massachusetts gymnast and help keep her in the competition. Here's how.

  To judge from their comments, Dancing with the Stars judges were dazzled during the live broadcast Monday night by Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and her dancing partner Mark Ballas. All three judges issued identical scores: a respectable 7 out of 10 — good enough to almost certainly keep Raisman and Ballas in the competition. Judges' scores are only half of it; viewers' votes for their favorites count just as much. Whiz Kid: Alexa Baldacci

The senior is a whirlwind, slicing through the water in the pool and kicking high on the dance floor.

  Alexa Baldacci moves. The Swampscott High senior’s energy and enthusiasm bound and spill forth on land and water. She captains her school swim team. She started swimming as a freshman and discovered she was pretty good. “So since then I’ve been swimming like crazy,” she said. Alexa, an NEC all-star, swims sprints — 50- and 100-yard freestyle sprints. The events fit her personality, straight ahead and energetic.
