Instructor Joe Bennett will offer a one-week course in July.
1) Town and School Watch: Search Committee for Interim Superintendent meets at 3:30 PM Friday in the high school library's conference room. The panel will request a nonpublic meeting to review and interview applicants. 2) Newsbit of the Day: Swampscott High School will run its next driver education program starting on July 8th. This will be a one-week course, running July 8th to July 12th. The class will begin at 8:30 am and end at 3:30pm. The parent night will be July 9th, from 6:30-8:30 in room B129 at SHS. Students must be 15 and 9 months in order to enroll. Cost of the program is $100 for the 30-hour course and $375 for the 12 hours of driving and observation.
