These would be healthy eating and healthy financial habits.

This thought inspired her to arrange a program that would help today's students — high school and college students — and their parents.

On Wednesday, June 27, at 6 pm, Laura King, Eastern Bank vice president and branch manager will present Money Smarts.

This presentation focuses on checking accounts and credit cards — all the information you need to know and are afraid to ask.

She will be followed by Andrew Doucette, Whole Foods Market's healthy eating specialist.

He will prepare a recipe from their Meals for 4 recipe booklets and serve the food to guests at the presentation.

These are meals that can be made in advance giving students leftovers for later in the week.

The lessons will help students manage their weight and get the proper nutrition at school.

To register, please call the library 781-596-8867 ext. 304 beginning on Monday, June 11th.
