Nunzio Morretti and Chris Carman each scored a pair of goals
and goaltender Tristan Bradley backboned a strong defensive effort as
Swampscott cruised to a 7-1 win over Salem at Salem State University’s Rockett Arena Wednesday night.
Both Carman’s goals led to a 2-0 Swampscott lead after one
period, and the Blue never looked back. Â
Corey Carmody and Ryan Cresta added second period goals, and Joe Silva notched a score between Marino’s third period pair.Â
Rob Serino had three assists on the night, and Noah Maercklein a pair to pace Swampscott.
