Swampscott Youth Soccer Announces Scholarship Winners

The Swampscott Youth Soccer Association awarded two $1,000 scholarships to graduates from the Class of 2011. 

Rikki Langan, a resident of Swampscott and graduate of Swampscott High School, participated in Swampscott Youth Soccer for 10 years. 

She was the  captain of the Swampscott High School girls soccer team.  Rikki was named a Northeastern Conference (NEC) All Star in her senior year. She will be attending Salem State University in the Fall.

 Christopher Mason, a resident of Nahant and graduate of Swampscott High School, participated in Swampscott and Nahant Youth Soccer for 13 years.

 He  was a two- sport captain of the Swampscott High School boys soccer team and the Swampscott High School boys lacrosse team.

Chris was named a Northeastern Conference (NEC) Soccer and Lacrosse All Star in his senior year. He will be attending Merrimack College in the fall.
