Swampscott Rolls to Win

Lannon scores hat trick in lacrosse victory over Saugus.

At Swampscott’s Blocksidge Field, the Big Blue scored early and often to roll to a win over the Saugus Sachems.

Sean Lannon got things started when he scored by taking a shot behind his head off a pass from Aidan Lang.

Then long-pole defenseman Billy Valle rushed the length of the field and scored off a give-and-go from Lang. Just a minute and 15 seconds later, Lannon scored his second from Matt Gambale for a 3-0 lead.
