Sign Up for Swampscott/Marblehead Legion Ball

On Sunday, April 27, at 3 p.m. the Swampscott/Marblehead Junior and Senior Legion Baseball team holds sign-ups at the Swampscott football field house on Humphrey Street.

Sign-ups are for players 14 years old to 14 years old. The junior team is 17 and under and the senior team is 19 and under. This year, players from Salam can participate on the senior team because Salem does not have a senior Legion team.
Both teams will start the season up after the High School season ends and play until Aug. 1. Players need a long form birth certificate with a raised seal, and the fee to play is $200. Tryouts may occur at a later date depending on the number of players who sign up. Each team can only carry 18 players.
