Senior basketball players took a bow Friday night on their home court.

The occassion was Senior Night, a celebration of the girls' and boys' basketball careers at Swampscott High.

In the first game, the tournament-bound Swampscott High girls' basketball team topped their Marblehead rivals 56-42.

In the second game of the hoopfest, the Marblehead boys held off Swampscott's furious last-minute rally to escape with a 62-60 win.
