Learn to Be a Little League Softball Pitcher

Clinics to start Feb. 27, in the field house at Swampscott High School.

Swampscott Little League is offering a softball pitching clinic open to all girls in their second year of Farm, Minor, Major and Senior leagues who are interested in developing their skills as a softball pitcher.

The clinic will be led by Katlyn Mallette, who is an instructor at the Hit Zone in Swampscott. Katlyn was the starting pitcher for Ohio University, the pitching coach for Taunton HS and has numerous High School awards.

• Dates: Sundays, Feb. 27th thru April 17th.

• Time: 3 p.m—4 p.m.

• Cost: $10 per session, must be paid before the start of the session. Discount price of $60 for prepaying for all 8 sessions

• What to Bring: Glove and adult catcher

• What to wear: Sneakers and gym clothes
