Lacrosse Benefit Golf Tourney Friday in Nahant
The Big Blue Lacrosse Booster Club is hosting the event, which includes a BBQ.

On Friday, Aug. 10, at 1 p.m. the Booster Club is having their 4th Annual golf tournament at Kelly Greens in Nahant. The tournament is set up as a 9 hole scramble, with prizes awarded and full BBQ lunch provided.

Parents, coaches, friends, past and and SNYL (Swampscott Nahant Youth Lacrosse) parents are participating.
Last year the tournament raised enough funds to buy new helmets for the varsity program, and help cover hotel and transportation costs to last year's Martha's Vineyard game.

This year our goal is to raise enough money to buy helmets for the entire program. This tournament is a great community and team building event and is open to all.
2011's winning team and low score record (4 under par): Sean Lannon (Captain 2011), Steve Lannon, Ryan Joy and Mike Sciamanna.
