Swampscott Football had a great summer at several 7 on 7 tournaments. The team attended the Rhode Island University “Rhody Shootout” lost in the semi-final 22-21 on June 18th.

They won the Saint Anselms tournament going 7-0 on July 17th and AJ Baker was named tournament MVP.  Last weekend they competed in the Northeast 7v7 presented by Under Armour at Bishop Fenwick. They were the highest scoring team in the preliminary round and had the number seed but got bounced in overtime in the sweet sixteen.  This weekend the team has been invited to play in the New England Patriots/Under Armour tournament at Gillette Stadium Saturday from 3 to 7p.m.
