ZUMBA

Ever been to a really great party—where the environemt was upbeat and fun, and the speakers were blasting your favorite songs and you danced your heart away all night? You probably found yourself very sweaty by the end... maybe even though to yourself "wow, I bet I burned tons of calories last night." Well ZUMBA® Fitness brings back that same environment with even better results! ZUMBA® Fitness combines a mix of Latin-inspired dance steps into easy-to-follow moves anyone can do. The music is dynamically engeneered to work with the ZUMBA® dance steps; you don't just dance to the music, you become part of the music!

Non-dancers will find they can pick up the steps taught in no time, but experienced dancers too will never find a dull moment in ZUMBA® fitness. This is because the ZUMBA® science is based on a "layering" technique. After I introduce basic steps, I elaborate on the framiliar patterns. Soon your whole body is moving and kicks and lunges are bringing your legs off the ground, yet the origonal basic steps are never lost. Because of this structure, everyone can dance out as much or as little as they want, while still being a part of the group.
