Job Description Swampscott is a PreK-12 system of five schools serving 2300 students who benefit from strong community support. The Swampscott Public Schools are committed to continuous improvement, rigorous standards, and increasing the achievement levels for all of our students. The Principal will be part of the leadership and day-to-day management of a high performing college preparatory suburban high school serving 750 students in grades 9-12. 

Salary and benefits competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Massachusetts principal certification and advanced degree required. Five years of successful experience as a principal at the secondary level preferred.
