Tower Students Give to Lynn Soup Kitchen

Swampscott students were among those who pitched in to help My Brother's Table.

Tower students collected an array of items for the school’s Thanksgiving drive for My Brother’s Table, a Lynn soup kitchen.

Swampscott seventh-grader Alexis Sher was among the students involved in the collection.

The goods ranged from bars of soap from the pre-kindergarten to bottled juice from the seventh grade.

Mary Magner of My Brother’s Table attended the school’s Thanksgiving assembly to pick up the donations and noted just how much the organization depends on the support of the local community.

Tower’s partnership with the soup kitchen began over 25 years ago and includes preparing meals, serving guests, and helping with clean-up.
