Superintendent of Schools Lynne Celli released a brief statement this afternoon regarding an unnamed Swampscott teacher.
The superintendent said she learned that a Swampscott teacher has appeared on a video that was available online.
The administration has begun a comprehensive investigation and the individual has been placed on paid leave, she said.
