Swampscott Town Poet Laureate Selections Announced
Do you know a local poet who might be interested in submitted a piece next year?
The winners of the first Annual Swampscott Town Poet Laureate Selections was announced over the weekend.
The young poet chosen for this year is middle-schooler Abigail Rhoads for her poem, "Your Words".
The adult poet chosen this year is Nancy Hewitt for her work entitled "Elegy for the Chalkboard".
