Seniors Prom Bound as Graduation Week Unfolds
Here is one of five things to know today, May 29: The seniors will be a tired bunch tomorrow. Their after-prom party goes to 4 a.m.
1) Newsbit of the Day:
Residential trash and recycling pickup will be a day later than usual this week in Swampscott due to the Memorial Day holiday, according to the town's trash hauler, Hiltz Disposal.
A household that regularly puts its trash out on Tuesday would put it out on Wednesday, and Wednesday's regulary scheduled pickup moves to Thursday and so on and so forth.

- Meet on the grounds of Town Hall – 4 pm
- Pictures will be taken at Town Hall
- Buses will depart at 5:30pm
- After Prom Party- 12am to 4am

Graduation is Sunday at 1 at Blocksidge Field.
4) Weather Watch:
Showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Some of the storms could produce small hail and gusty winds. Patchy fog between 9 am and 2 pm. High near 66.
