“The Edith Bloch award is meant to honor a passionate educator and that definitely describes Ken. He has made it his mission to educate mensches at CHA. He has succeeded in no small part because of his extraordinary ability to connect to students and inspire them to be their best...whether that is in the classroom, on the playground, at tefillot, on the basketball court, or cooking with students in the CHA kitchen,” remarked Maura and Paul Copeland, chairpersons of the Friends of the Hillel Library.

The event honoring Ken Schulman is free and open to the public and features hors d’oeuvres and a dessert reception.

RSVPs are requested by April 25. For more information or to make a contribution in honor of Ken Schulman, please contact Diane Knopf,  diane@cohenhillel.org, 781-639-2880 or visit www.cohenhillel.org.
