Introduction to Meditation
Wednesdays, April 11th - May 16th, 7-9PM
A six-week class which will provide the tools for regular meditation practice, and ways to apply simple mindfulness-awareness meditation to our daily lives. Classes will consist of meditation instruction, talks by experienced meditation instructors, contemplation, dialogues and group discussion. The instructors are trained in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, but this is a secular program. Comfortable chairs will be provided. Free and open to all.
