Growums Vegetable Garden Program

On Tuesday, May 22 at 3:00 p.m. the Swampscott Public Library will offer the Growums program for young children to learn how to grow their own vegetables.  Each participant will receive a Growums kit that allows them to grow complete gardens from seed to harvest. Kits include taco, pizza, stir-fry themes and more! Growums is a great way for children to learn to grow their own gardens in a fun way! Today many kids do not get the chance to enjoy the excitement of growing their own plants. Even kids living in the city can enjoy a fun little garden of their very own!  The program is recommended for children ages 6 & up.

Registration is required for this program.  Registration begins on May 9. You may register in person or by phone at 781-596-8867.  This program is sponsored by The Topsfield Fair, which is also a sponsor of our summer reading program.
