School Building Options Get Presented Tonight

School Building Committee has been working on the feasibility portion of the unanimously approved school building study.  

The next phase presents three public forums, two this week and one next. 

The purpose of these meetings is to present options for a new or renovated elementary school.

Public Forums schedule:

•         Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013 – SHS Auditorium at 7:00pm

 

•         Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 - SHS Auditorium at 7:00pm

 

•         Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013 – SHS Rm. B129 at 7:00pm      

 

*The SBC will review and vote on one preferred solution on Tuesday, Sept. 24th – time and location TBD.  This determination must be submitted to the Massachusetts School Building Authority for their approval.

Members of the School Building Committee will attend Curriculum Nights/Open Houses at all schools, as well as other community events .  

"The thoughts and opinions of each of you are vital to our decision making process," says the committee's news release announcing the forum.
