Traffic Advisory for Greater Boston

Boston area commuters take note.

The following traffic advisory includes lane closures and restrictions on Boston-area highways next week.

The advisory, provided by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, is broken down by highways.

I-90 EB

There will be a triple right-lane closure in the Prudential Tunnel Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 2 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The ramp at S. Boston/Congress St. to I-93 will be closed Sunday, Nov. 28 to Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The ramp at S. Boston D St. to I-90 WB will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 1 and Thursday, Dec. 2 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

I-90 WB

There will be a double left-lane closure in the Prudential Tunnel Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 2 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The library ramp at the Boston Public Library will be closed Sunday, Nov. 28 to Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-93 NB

There will be a triple left-lane closure of the O’Neill Tunnel from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 and Monday, Nov. 29.

The Exit 26 ramp and the Sumner Tunnel to Storrow Drive ramp will be closed from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 2.

The Essex Street ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28 to Tuesday, Nov. 30.

The Atlantic Avenue ramp to I-93NB will be closed from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 to Wed., Dec. 1.

I-93 SB

There will be a triple left-lane closure of the O’Neill Tunnel closing Dewey Square Tunnel and all traffic will be diverted to Exit 20 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, December 2.

The Leverett Circle ramp will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 2.

The Essex Street ramp will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 29.

Storrow Drive Tunnel

The Storrow Drive EB Tunnel to NB Leverett ramp will be closed from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 to Thursday, Dec. 2.

Rte. 28
The McGrath Highway/Route 28 SB at Land Boulevard will be permanently closed. SB traffic goes to Gilmore Bridge to Rutherford Avenue or Land Boulevard to Longfellow Bridge.
