Requests for proposals from developers interested in buying the town-owned former senior center on Burrill Street are due Feb. 14, said Town Administrator Tom Younger.
The town will then review the proposals and make a recommendation for the residentially zoned location, he said.
Two other times the town put the 89 Burrill St. building out to bid it received no requests, said Board of Selectmen Chairman Rich Malagrifa.
The town wants to find a buyer for the former senior center to get it back on the tax rolls.
The home has been empty for many years, and the town reached a transfer-of-ownership agreement with Leon E. Abbott Post 57 of the American Legion in 2011.
