Swampscott residents are being encouraged to fill out this Humphrey Street Overlay District visual preference survey.
Local residents who missed the Humphrey Street Overlay District visual preference meeting on March 25th are encouraged to fill out the survey here on the town website.
The survey can be filled out until April 3.
The survey is in Microsoft Word format and the presentation and survey pictures are in PDF.
Simply download both files, fill out the word document and send your answers to Brian Szekely, Town Planner at atbszekely@town.swampscott.ma.us
Otherwise, you can print and drop the survey off at town hall.
