Swampscott Selectmen to Discuss Red Rock Bistro Expansion
The Swampscott Board of Selectmen will sit down with a representative of The Red Rock Bistro Wednesday night.
The Swampscott Board of Selectmen will meet with a representative of the Red Rock Bistro Wednesday night to discuss a planned expansion project, according to the posted agenda.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. at Swampscott Town Hall.
The request from Red Rock Bistro, located at 141 Humphrey St., is to change the parameters of their current common victualler's License and liquor license.
The restaurant is planning on remodeling the first floor, adding a second bar and increasing their seating to 254. The expansion will also include the addition of a roof-top deck bar, increasing seating to 179.
