Precinct By Precinct State Primary Voting in Swampscott

Here is a look at the voting, precinct by precinct, in Thursday's state primary election voting in Swampscott.

The town clerk was predicting about a 10 percent turnout among Swampscott's 10,078 registered voters — as of Aug. 17. We will report the official turnout when it is available.

As of Aug. 17, the town had 3,268 registered Democrats, 1,149 registered Republicans, 5,631 Undeclared, 9 Rainbow Party members, 8 Libertarians, 1 American Independent Party member, and 2 Inter Third Party members.

The last state primary election, Sept. 14, 2010, had a voter turnout of 18 percent.
