New Coalition to Meet on Home Rule Saturday

The meeting is at 10 a.m. at the Swampscott library.

 

A group of citizens and members of the respective unions in town have formed a committee called Coalition for Swampscott's Future.

The committee will hold a question and answer meeting on the second floor at the Swampscott library Saturday, May 4, from 10 am to 1 pm.

The committee invites all Town Meeting members to attend and ask questions about Article 5, regarding Selectman Barry Greenfield's proposed home rule petition on pensions and health insurance.
