We put up binding questions, Kathy, Question 4, a nonbinding item, received 5,239 yes votes to 1,381 no votes. Question 4 asked that Congress propose a Constitutional amendment that affirms that corporations are not entitled to the same Constitutional rights at human beings and that Congress and states may place limits on political spending and contributions

That's funny, because I am proud to live in the northeast specifically because of its political standing!

I think what surprises me most is the low-voter turn-out. I would be curious to know what the number of registered voters is in swamp.
