Town Hall employees joined employees around the state on Friday, sporting Red sox attire on behalf of the Jimmy Fund on Opening Day.

About 60 percent of Town Hall employees sported Red Sox shirts Friday to raise money for the Jimmy Fund on Opening Day for the Red Sox.

The organizer of the event at Town Hall, Denise Dembkoski, said about 60 percent of the building's employees took part in Dress for Sox-Cess Day.

Employees got to show off their Red Sox shirts in exchange for a $5 donation to the Jimmy Fund, the longtime Red Sox-supported charity devoted to fighting cancer.
