Swampscott's local election will take place today, Tuesday, April 29, with residents running for seats on the Board of Selectmen, Board of Health, Planning Board, Housing Authority and Town Moderator.

Polling Locations: 

Swampscott Polling Locations

Precincts 1 and 2: Swampscott Senior Center, 200 Rear Essex St.

Precincts 3 and 4: First Church, Congregational, Monument Ave.

Precincts 5 and 6: Swampscott Middle School, Forest Ave.

Voting is from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

There are 9,858 registered voters in Swampscott.

town meeting members mean nothing as we know . look at what selecman did on 1 salem street ignored town meetings vote and voted the way they wanted . took care of their friends on the way out . i would like matt to answer this at town meeting but he wont for me personally the selectman are a joke

That is why you need to get out and vote! If you want a change get out and vote for a change. Problem is, people keep voting the same folks into office than complaining nothing ever changes.
