Spring will come with floods to follow. The drainage @ Lower Paradise will remain untouched all the homes will again get inundated. Residents from nine homes will seek shelter in the old Police station using it's cells as bedrooms. Food will be served paid out of the property taxes paid on the retention pond disguised as a neighborhood and the Monarchy will have their hand again in 2013 @ the higher tax rate passed recently.
