A Swampscott resident remains held without bail following her arrest on assault and other charges in September.
Kimberly Ann English, 49, is due to have her status reviewed at a hearing on Friday in Lynn District Court.
English, a teacher at Ingalls Elementary School in Lynn, faces charges of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of personal injury, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, violation of a restraining order, and speeding.
The charges stem from her allegedly hitting a walker with her car.
The victim was transported to Salem Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, but a severely injured ankle, police said earlier.
At an earlier hearing, Essex Assistant District Attorney Erin Bellavia told Judge James Wexler that the injured woman is dating English's ex-husband.
