Friday, Feb. 18

  • 7:41 a.m. — Jill Toppi, 44, of 48 Kilburn St., Revere, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a Class A substance.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

  • 8:04 a.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a trash truck on King Street. 
  • 10:47 a.m. — The high school resource officer requested a police officer at the school to assist with a student, possibly under the influence of drugs. The student ran from the school office and was wandering the school.
  • 2:36 p.m. — Police responded to a three-car motor vehicle accident on Essex Street. One of the vehicles was towed from the scene.
  • 7:49 p.m. — A Pierro Terrace caller reported bank card misuse.
  • 7:51  p.m. — A homeowner on Windsor Avenue reported their residence had been broken into. Criminal investigators were notified of the report.
  • 11:33 p.m. — A police officer made a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Essex Street and Loring Avenue. The officer issued a written warning.

Thursday, Feb. 17

  • 1:17 a.m. — Police conducted a park and walk detail at the C&L package store. The area was secure.
  • 8:52 a.m. — An elderly man called police and reported general weakness and an inability to stand. Fire and emergency crews responded and the man was transported to North Shore Medical Center in Salem.
  • 9:52 a.m. — A passing motorist reported a wire was down on her vehicle and said she thought it was a live wire. Units responded and determined it was a telephone wire. Police notified Verizon.
  • 2:16 p.m. — A caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident in a Paradise Road parking lot.
  • 2:21 p.m. — A library patron reported that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle and the driver drove away. 
  • 4:58 p.m. — A Suffolk Avenue resident walked in to the station to report a commuter had parked in front of her home, making it difficult for cars to get by. Police determined the car was parked legally.
  • 7:36 p.m. — A Brooks Terrace resident reported larceny taking place at the caller’s home. Police took a report on the complaint.

Friday, Feb. 18

  • 5:35 a.m. — Police reported an intoxicated male in a New Ocean Street hallway. He had a head injury. Apparently it was minor injury because he was not transported to a hospital. 
  • 6:21 a.m. — An 87-year-old woman on Burrill Street had a possible broken hip and was transported to Salem Hospital.
  •   8:18 a.m. — A middle school student left the school without authority. The student was located and returned to the school.
  • 12:28 p.m. — A caller reported that a person in a vehicle on Edgehill Road appeared to be dealing drugs to other young people.
  • 3:12 p.m. — The school resource officer reported larceny at the high school. The officer expected charged to be filed in the case.
  • 6:47 p.m. — A caller reported a possible robbery at a Paradise Road business. 
  • 7:11 p.m. — A clerk at a New Ocean Street business reported that a person threatened to shoot him. An older model Ford Explorer fled toward Lynn. Lynn police were notified.  

Saturday, Feb. 19

  • 8:20 a.m. — A caller reported that part of a tree limb had fallen on her vehicle parked on Sheridan Road.
  • 2:36 p.m. — Police made a motor vehicle stop on Paradise Road and issued a written warning.
  • 2:38 p.m. — A caller reported her purse was lost in a Paradise Road store. 
  • 7:36 p.m. — A caller reported parked vehicles were making it hard for cars to pass on Aspen Road.
  • 11:19 p.m. — Police received a call from a Humphrey Street business claiming the party had walked out without paying the check. 

Sunday, Feb. 20

  • 2:10 p.m. — A caller reported that a person she has a restraining order against might be coming to her residence. Officers checked the area and did not locate the person. Police checked with Revere police and found out that the restraining order had yet to be served.
  • 3:15 p.m. — Police took a report on a verbal domestic conflict at a Pine Street residence.
  • 8:12 p.m. — A caller inquired about a restraining order that might have been taken out against him. Police served the order to the party verbally. 
  • 9:47 p.m. — Police made a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Burrill Street and Paradise Road. The officer gave the driver a written warning.  

Monday, Feb. 21

  • 4:58 a.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported on Burrill Street. 
  • 1:14 p.m. — Wires were reported down on Burrill Street. Police notified Verizon about the problem.  
  • 3:21 p.m. — Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported on Pine Street.
  • 3:42 p.m. — A caller reported two loose dogs on Arbutus Road. The animals were gone when the officer arrived to the scene.
  • 9:18 p.m. — An elderly female fell and hurt her back. EMS and firefighters responded. The woman was OK and refused treatment. 

Tuesday, Feb. 22

  • 2:26 a.m. — An officer reported a low wire at Cherry Court.
  • 2:47 a.m. — An officer conducted a park and walk detail on Humphrey Street. The area was secured.
  • 3:51 a.m. — Police responded to an alarm activation on Paradise Road.
  • 4:20 a.m. — Police responded to an alarm activation on Littles Point Road. Police assisted firefighters.
