Unknown Person Reportedly Enters Swampscott Home

Monday, June 23:

  • At 6:41 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Paradise Road.
  • At 8:07 a.m., police checked on a possible abandoned truck on Stanley Road.

  • At 10:17 a.m., police responded to a report of a dog barking incessantly and found the owner was not home.

  • At 11:02 a.m., police responded to an alarm at Oyo Frozen Yogurt on Humphrey Street.

  • At 12:51 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency, and a woman was transported to Salem.

  • At 1:00 p.m., a caller reported receiving numerous harassing phone calls.

  • At 2:20 p.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident with heated arguments.

  • At 8:30 p.m., police responded to reports of two vehicles struck with eggs as they drove on Puritan Road.

  • At 8:48 p.m., a resident reported that an unknown person entered her apartment and stated she had some of his property. The subject had since left and there was no description of the suspect, but he/she was possibly a passenger in a silver Lexus.


  • Tuesday, June 24:

    • At 5:30 a.m., police responded to a fire alarm on Galloupes Terrace and found it had gone off because of burnt toast.
