Two-Car Crash Leads to Transports

Injuries were not believed to be serious.

 

Firefighters responded to a two-car crash this morning at the intersection of Foster Road and Carson Terrace.

Both drivers were transported by ambulance to the hospital for evaluation. The injuries did not appear to be life threatening, according to Swampscott fire.

A dog in one of the vehicles appeared riled by the accident. Police called the Swampscott animal control officer to tend to the animal.

The accident took place around 8:30 a.m., and firefighters cleared the scene 20 to 30 minutes later.

The vehicles were towed from the scene.
