Two Alleged Shoplifters Charged

Saturday, Jan. 18

2:28 p.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported on Buena Vista Street with possible injuries.

5:59 p.m., a caller from Supreme Court reported receiving a threatening phone call.

10:03 p.m., a Paradise Road parent called to report that his daughter had returned home. He previously reported her as missing.

Sunday, Jan. 19

3:02 a.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported on Paradise Road. Units searched the area but were unable to locate the accident.

2:23 p.m., a minor motor vehicle accident was reported at Vinnin Liquors.

9:48 p.m., an overdose on meds and alcohol was reported at a Burrill Street residence.

Monday, Jan.20

1:29 a.m., a woman called from a Paradise Road residence saying she needed police to respond because of her husband. The caller did not specify why she needed police but she sounded upset. She then said that her husband was leaving and she did not need police.

3:49 p.m., Marshalls store security reported two people were leaving the store with several hundred dollars worth of merchandise. Police charged Daniel Karakoudas, 27, of 29 Dalcologos St., Peabody with larceny over $250; and Haridon Duvli, 26, of 11 Fisk Aven., Lynn with larceny over $250.

7:21 p.m., a Lodge Street mother came to the station to report an incident, on Jan. 17, involving her daughter and her estranged father.
