Turkey Reported in Middle of Paradise Road

Thursday, July 10

A turkey was in the middle of the road at 7:48 a.m. near Stop and Shop on Paradise Road in Vinnin Square.

A woman at a Paradise Road address failed to answer an elderly care call and a check-up was conducted at 8:03 a.m.

A flag was reported stolen from a Little’s Point Road address at 9:46 a.m.

Somebody walked in to the police station at 10:46 a.m. to report a black and white dog running around in traffic near Bradlee Avenue and Humphrey Street. Police checked the area and did not locate the dog.

A disabled vehicle on Paradise Road was assisted at 3:37 p.m.

A well-being check was conducted on a 33-year-old female that accidentally drank bleach near Humphrey Street and Phillips Circle at 6:58 p.m.

A parking ticket was issued after a Humphrey Street resident reported his driveway was blocked at 7:32 p.m.

The strong odor of gas was reported across from CVS Pharmacy on Paradise Road at 10:34 p.m. The call was unfounded.

A cell found was found at a Paradise Road address at 10:53 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Stanley Road at 11:09 p.m. Somebody reported that youths left the vehicle and headed for the golf course.

Friday, July 11

A minor car crash occurred at CVS Pharmacy on Paradise Road 1:24 a.m.

A car that was sitting behind the physician’s office on Paradise Road was stopped at 3:09 a.m.
