Three Swampscott Youth Charged With Assault in Lynn

The 18-year-olds allegedly threw eggs at a Lynn undercover police officer posing as a prostitute.

Lynn police charged three Swampscott 18-year-olds with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for throwing eggs, from a car, at an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute on June 6.

Jacob Charles Finlay, 18, of 57 Sampson Ave., Joseph Patsios, 18, of 130 Atlantic Ave., and Spencer Sam Webber, 18, of 79 Stetson Ave., were also charged with possessing alcohol, the Lynn Item reported.

The report went on to say that police were at Union and Pinkham streets and that the teens are scheduled for arraignment in Lynn District Court June 21.
