Arrests:
- Gerald Hearns, 39, 88 A Green St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant Monday at 2:42 p.m. at 6 Humphrey St. for a charge of larceny over $250.
- Tara Gaynor, 35, 15 Daniels St., Salem, was arrested Tuesday at 9:31 a.m. at 85 Pine St. and charged with use of a motor vehicle without authority.
- Rosemary Espinal, 35, 187 Chelmsford St., Apt. 216, Chelmsford, was arrested Tuesday at 10:17 p.m. at 1005 Paradise Road and charged with shoplifting.

Sunday, June 19
12:10 a.m. Police responded to a report of loud kids on the pier at Humphrey Street. They were gone upon the officer’s arrival.

11:44 a.m. The rear door of a Burrill Street business was vandalized. Police took a report.
2:25 p.m. . Police responded to the scene.
7:26 p.m. Police received a report of a young boy trying to steal a bike from a home on Pine Street. Officer spoke with the caller. No bike was stolen.
7:47 p.m. A 12-year-old boy was reportedly assaulted and knocked off his bicycle on Pine Street. Police spoke with a parent as part of the investigation.
Monday, June 20
3:26 a.m. A noise complaint was received about a barking dog on Stetson Avenue. The dog’s owner said the dog was sprayed by a skunk and he was cleaning the pet.
9:31 a.m. A caller reported that an elderly person swallowed a pill that got stuck in her throat. The woman refused to be checked out at a hospital.
12:22 p.m. A caller reported a person wanted to be transported to a detoxification center. The person was transported to Salem Hospital.
7:18 p.m. A caller reported her 5-year-old son was missing. Officers found the boy sleeping under the bed.
Tuesday, June 21
1:28 a.m. A manager at a Paradise Road location reported a motor vehicle in the parking lot after hours. The occupants were saying their goodbyes.
9:10 a.m. A car was reportedly stolen in Lynn and bound for Swampscott. Police stopped the car and made an arrest.
5:26 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Humphrey Street. Police responded. No one was injured in the two-car accident.
7:05 p.m. An injured bird was reported on Vantage Terrace. An animal control officer was called.
7:52 p.m. Police received a call about shoplifting at a Paradise Road location. The person had outstanding warrants and police made an arrest.
Wednesday, June 22
9:15 a.m. A man brought police a blue mountain bike that he found at Jackson Park. A log entry was recorded.
3:07 p.m. A person brought police a cell phone found by Hadley School. The phone was tagged and entered as evidence.
3:47 p.m. A caller at Duncan Terrace reported a woman yelling behind the train tracks. Police took a report.
9:09 p.m. A caller reported a motor vehicle accident. The accident was in Lynn. Police notified Lynn police.
Thursday, June 23
2:31 a.m. A caller reported two men near a car that had a dome light on. The officer checked the area. The vehicle was in order, and the men were gone.
6:34 a.m. Police were called for assistance with a transit passenger. The passenger was removed from the train.
