Foster Road Fire Displaces Local Family
A fire badly damaged a home on Foster Road Thursday night.
Fire officials are investigating what sparked a fire that displaced a family on Foster Road Thursday night.
Though the exact cause hasn't yet been determined, Swampscott Fire Capt. John Quinn said it appears to be accidental.
At 9:02 p.m., firefighters responded to a reported structure fire in a two-story single-family house at 98 Foster Road.

Members of the Marblehead and Lynn fire departments assisted.
There were no reported injuries, Quinn said.
