Swampscott Resident Arrested in Salem

A Todd Street resident was charged with OUI early Saturday.


A Swampscott resident was arrested by Salem police early Saturday morning after police responded to a report of a vehicle on the grass on Highland Avenue.

The call came in at 2:48 a.m., according to the Salem police log entry.

Alissa J. Narvaez, 19, of 14 Todd St., Swampscott, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, being a minor in possession of alcohol and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, the log stated.
