Getting out of hand on forest Ave on Halloween night eggs and shaving cream let the kids do it and then make them clean up this mess

Better yet have them do it front of their own homes...lack of parenting, accountability and respect...period. Nothing like hearing the F-bomb dropped repeatedly as younger kids are enjoying the evening.

It is totally out of hand. Everyone of these " Swampscott Punks " use F-Bombs ALL the time !! Some of them are in High School, Grow up for Gods Sake. Its tough to take a 7 year old out in the neighborhood and listen to them ! I dont understand who our police ride by slow and watch as hundreds ( and there were hundreds ) of kids covered in shaving cream. Covering eachother is one thing but damaging cars and property Must Stop.

Why not designate a spot - maybe lower middle school parking lot.
