Monday, July 23

  • At 12:24 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated family member at Doherty Circle. An ambulance was notified and the patient was transported to the hospital.
  • At 4:06 p.m., police responded to a car hitting a retaining wall at 441 Atlantic Ave., by Preston Beach. 
  • At 8:40 p.m., police responded to a report of a bat in the house at 4 Clark St.
  • At 9:46 p.m., police responded to a report of a loud group of youths shouting profanities in front of a Humphrey Street house. 
  • At 9:50 p.m., police responded to a report of youth ringing doorbells on Longwood Drive. 

Tuesday, July 24

  • At 11:10 a.m., police received a report of graffiti at Hadley School. Police got a camera from the police station to document the graffiti. 
  • At 3:23 p.m., police received a report of flooding on Burrill Street. 
  • At 4:58 p.m., police received a report of a dog attacking a skunk on Gale Road. 
  • At 8:05 p.m., police received a report of skunks on the movie set at 531 Humphrey St. Animal control was notified. 
  • At 10:17 p.m., police received a report that the skunks were trapped. An animal control officer was responding to retrieve the animals.
