Woman Arrested After Four Loud-Music Complaints

Swampscott police provided the following information. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Jan. 3

At 6:15 p.m., police arrested Evelyn Marie O'Neil, 45, of 246 Humphrey St., Apt. 8, Swampscott. They arrested her at her home address, charging her with destruction of property over $250, witness intimidation, disturbing the peace and threatening to commit a crime.

At 1:56 a.m., police arrested Nancy Thomas, 50, of 242 Humphrey St., Apt. 1L, Swampscott. They arrested her at her home address, charging her with disturbing the peace.

At 9:49 p.m., police arrested Yermek Zholmagambetov, 23, of 55 Ashford St., Apt. 2, Allston. They arrested him at 85 Pine St., charging him with unlicensed operation, and operating an unregistered vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle/trailor.

Tueday, Jan. 3

At 2:44 a.m., police responded to a report of graffiti on a door on Middlesex Avenue.

At 6:13 p.m., police responded to a report of a person trying to damage her door on Humphrey Street. The person was arrested. 

Wednesday, Jan. 4

At 10:27 a.m., police responded to a report of a loose dog barking at passersby. An animal control officer took control of the dog. 

At 12:31 p.m., a caller reported to police that someone had stolen her wallet from her car while she was in a store paying for gas on Paradise Road.

At 3:09 p.m., police responded to a report of illegally parked cars on Blaney Street. Police ticketed the cars.

Thursday, Jan. 5

At 6:53 a.m., police responded to a report of a hit dog on Humphrey Street. An animal control officer and the responded to the scene.

At 9:28 a.m., police responded to a report of a breaking and entering on Essex Street. Detectives were called to the scene. 

At 4:21 p.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle operator refusing to move from a fire lane on Humphrey Street. Police had a conversation with the operator.

Friday, Jan. 6

At 8:39 a.m., a parent reported possible threats made over the Internet while his juvenile son was playing games. An officer was dispatched to the Humphrey Street residence.

At 9:55 a.m., a caller at a Paradise Road business reported a customer who appeared to be drunk. Police helped the person get home safely.  

At 10:33 a.m., a woman came to the station and reported that someone had stolen her wallet from her pocketbook while she was in .

At 8:12 p.m., police received a report of a large group of teens running down the street and into yards and knocking on windows. Police located the group and had a talk with them.

Sunday, Jan. 8

At 12:17 a.m., police received a report of loud music at a Humphrey Street address. The officer had the music turned off.

At 12:40 a.m., police responded to loud music at a Humphrey Street address. The music was turned off.

At 1:18 a.m., police responded to loud music at a Humphrey Street address. The music was turned off.

At 1:30 a.m., police responded to loud music at a Humphrey Street address. One woman was placed under arrest. The music was turned off for the night.

Monday, Jan. 9

At 8:21 a.m., police received a call about a person going into labor in a silver Honda on Paradise Road. She was transported to Salem Hospital.
