7:27 a.m., police carried out a well being check at a Boynton Street address on a teen who had previously been listed as missing.
7:29 a.m., dispatch received a 911 call from a Puritan Road residence for an ambulance. The line went dead and there was no answer on the call back. EMS was notified. The call came in from a child. The woman was having a stroke.
8:46 a.m., a motor vehicle was given a parking ticket on Burrill Street.
12:34 p.m., a motor vehicle was stopped on New Ocean Street for a failed inspection sticker. Further inspection revealed that a forged inspection sticker had been attached to the vehicle. The driver was given a criminal summons for the forged sticker.
12:56 p.m., a woman was possibly choking on Paradise Road. She was transported to the hospital.
1:30 p.m., a person asked for an officer regarding a problem with Stop and Shop employees.
3:09 p.m., a vehicle was stopped on Paradise Road for having a revoked registration due to insurance cancellation. The driver was issued a criminal summons for driving with a revoked registration and driving an uninsured vehicle.
4:15 p.m., information was gathered for a Lynn police investigation.
4:24 p.m., police received a call about a dispute between neighbors on Windsor Avenue. A neighbor reported that another neighbor was blowing leaves on to his property.
5:25 p.m., an officer was to assist with a juvenile problem on Blaney Street.
5:37 p.m., a caller reported that a large tree limb fell on a car at Cherry Street and Hillside Avenue. The tree limb was blocking the road.
10:22 p.m., police charged Richard Langford, 55, of 13 Phillips Court, Swampscott, with OUI liquor, a marked lanes violation, speeding and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

1:13 a.m., police charged Joseph Costanzo, 54, of 2 Shackle Way with domestic assault and battery.
