A Breaking and Entering and an Out of Control Teen

Tuesday, Jan. 14

4:39 a.m., a 19-year-old man on Suffolk Ave. was transported to the hospital.

11:06 a.m., one motor vehicle was ticketed and one was moved on Columbia Street.

11:36 a.m., a Suffolk Avenue man asked police to stand by while he collected property from a residence.

11:38 a.m., a warrant for the apprehension of a woman was carried out on Thomas Road.

1:56 p.m., police received a report of downspouts stolen from Town Hall.

8:31 p.m., a Hampden Street resident came home and found the home had been broken into. A jewelry box and gold chain were among the missing items.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

8:44 a.m., police received a report from a Burrill Street caller who injected a suboxone pill and felt funny. The caller was outside waiting for an ambulance wearing a robe and was transported to the hospital.

11 a.m., a person was possibly injured in a motor vehicle accident at 240 Paradise Road.

12:32 p.m., a caller reported he was approached by two men at 450 Paradise Road who offered to sell him a $2,500 surround sound system for $400. The caller suspected the system was stolen.

1:49 p.m., identity theft was reported on Stanley Road.

4:21 p.m., downspouts were reportedly stolen from 23 Paradise Road.

6:21 p.m., shoplifters were reportedly at Whole Foods Market.

7:45 p.m., police received information regarding downspout thefts.

9:30 p.m., police received a report saying that a 16-year-old AWOL from a program was going off at an Essex Street residence. She was picked up by program staff.

10:30 p.m., a Walker Road caller reported possible gunshots in the area.
